Origen Ventures owns and manages a wide range of retail spaces and residences, including apartment buildings and high-end condominiums. After we develop and/or rehabilitate a residence, we continue to oversee and manage the property to ensure the highest quality of living for our tenants. In fact, Origen’s redevelopment of an abandoned property in Boston’s South End, including the implementation of solar panels, was one of the city’s first historic green rehabilitation projects.
